This is a map for the Georgia 4000 Challenge, described elsewhere on this website. Like the AT map above, this map is hosted on CalTopo and the general directions above apply. You can click on one of the peaks in the list to zoom to it, adjust the zoom level to your liking and create a PDF of the map.
Many of these summits are not directly on trails. The USFS and USGS map layers show some old roads and trails which may be useful in reaching these summits. In addition to the information on this website, the PeakBagger website hosts a list Georgia 4000 Foot Peaks which may be helpful in obtaining more information about these summits. Their list of qualified peaks differs from the GATC list due to a difference in criteria for prominence.
